I was accepted at both UCSD and Case Western. I’m from San Diego, CA. Case has offered me a scholarship which makes it close to the same price as UCSD. I want to major in biology and be premed at either school. Which one has a better reputation for premed and would improve my chances for med school? Any info about either school would be appreciated.
They both are highly respected and excellent admissions. Congrats on the hard work paying off.
Anecdotally. Both have a reputation in science and or engineering. Both are known to have smart serious students. Both are known as being on the reserved side socially in comparison to some other schools.
Cleveland is on an upswing. And you know about SD climate being the best in the world.
