<p>Jeez think of the people who have to wait for SAT scores.</p>
<p>I always considered the SAT/ACT something you get done during your Jr year, so ultimately I don’t think it’s such a big deal. It just means you don’t get your winter break to work on your app. Probably for the better for both students and the school.</p>

<p>Isn’t it normal at some schools to not take it for the first time until October of senior year?</p>
<p>This is great news for transfer students! Maybe next year they won’t have to wait til may to know if they’ve been accepted. :)</p>
<p>Most people take them first in late JR year and then again in Fall senior year.</p>
