Just starting this so we can have a place to discuss housing, preview, and more as the admitted group and are not crowding up the admissions thread with this type of stuff.
Does anyone know the complete timeline for housing? I can’t find anything complete on the UF housing website about how it works for new freshman.
Luckily there is no deposit this year. Once you pay the $25 you are good for a while. I think Wednesday is when housing is sending their info and timeline.

Would my daughter be hosed on housing if she hasn’t sent $25 in yet. She’s torn between 2-3 schools and is seemingly a long way off from her decision…
Just do the 25 ASAP I would say. A lot of rejected people will get removed, and you want to get in before the newly admitted people really start thinking about it. Today, before housing sends out any emails telling people about it, is probably the best time to do it.

Does UF have admitted students days for non-honors? If yes when?
They have not officially announced that yet. But I would expect it to come tomorrow or the next day.

I’ve recently started reading the UF student newspaper. I think it can be helpful in seeing what life might be like if you go, so I highly recommend looking at it every once in a while. https://www.alligator.org/ Just a thought.

If you are trying to login to the housing portal, just know that they transferred your login to be your gatorlink, so you will need to set that up to login again.
I keep getting an error when logging in despite setting up my Gatorlink, do I have to put down my enrollment deposit before I log into the housing portal?
I don’t think so. When did you set up gatorlink. It took like 5 hours for mine to propogate across all UF systems.
Mine still won’t work either for gmail or IOS and I set it up yesterday morning. To get it to work I had to download Outlook and login and set up Duo Mobile. It still won’t work on the other platforms for me but if you haven’t tried Outlook I’d give it a shot.
You should contact the IT helpdesk. They will know what to do.
I might. I’m logged in on outlook and it’s my only account on there so I definitely won’t miss any notifications. I prefer gmail though as that’s the one I regularly check. For now I think it’ll work. I’ll probably contact them at the end of the week, maybe my info is still loading in the system? Especially since I’m sure everyone who got in also has their info loading too.
