It’s been four years but my kid got in with a lesser test score. It’s more popular today no doubt given it’s now #1 ranking.

They clearly focus on academics. Most of what they write is based on gpa, test, rigor.

But they add this at the end - ‘beyond’

We value students’ contributions within and beyond the classroom.

Apply and see. If you don’t get in up front, you may in spring or can transfer in after you are there.

It’s really an unknown.
