<p>I am interested in applying to UGA for next spring as a transfer and I was hoping someone could answer some questions for me.</p>

<li>When is the earliest I can apply?</li>
<li>Do they admit significantly less students in the spring?</li>
<li>How hard is it to get in for an OOS student? I would like to do health promotion. </li>
</ol>

<p>My GPA from an OOS community college is almost 3.7. </p>
