<p>I wonder if there are any scholarship policy changes underway also bought on by this change in vision/leadership (e.g. reduced numbers and dollars). Top-notch OOS applicants may hesitate to apply/enroll as full-or-half-tution merit awards are what attracts them. Last years State of UHC (see link below) did not portend any, except for BPhil-lite degrees, and Rhodes-lite’ish internal awards for juniors. It will be interesting to see what the new dean says in 2 months time (next address/report).
