<p>Come to Toronto, dstark. Vancouver is a spectacularly beautiful city, and I love to visit, but I could never live with that rainy climate on a full-time basis. Toronto is pretty close to a perfect place to live if you want to be in or near a large cosmopolitan city.</p>

<p>I think it has already started…I visited a family member of mine and he mentioned that many of the condos being purchased in downtown bellevue & even in belltown and other places downtown are being purchaed by Asian investors…</p>

<p>I watch a lot of HGTV and many of those shows are produced in Canada. I used to gasp when the home buyers would say they’d like to stay under $750 for 3br and 2ba. :eek:</p>
