<p>Admitted. Make sure you are checking the apply.uic.edu portal rather than the my.uic.edu portal. They are different. Anyways, congratulations to all who were accepted. I hope to see some of you guys on campus next year!</p>

Sorry on getting denied (I got denied too). Don’t worry though! US Medical school acceptance rates are a lot higher than GPPA (because it only takes very specific students w/the best academics/ECs). If you really want medicine, you can definitely get in through the traditional route.</p>

<p>Hi! Can someone PLEASE post the steps to check your decision? I think I got to the correct page, but it’s asking for LoginID and password. Am I going in the right direction?</p>

  1. Visit apply.uic.edu
  2. Under “Already have an account?” select “login”
  3. Enter your username and password, and select login
  4. On the top banner underneath home, select “UIC - Application status”
  5. The bottom right corner of the screen should read “Processed Applications (Click on Term to View Application Status”
  6. Scroll down to the bottom. Under “Processed Applications” You should see three blue links that say Fall 2014 - Chicago
  7. Select each and check for the one that is for GPPA Medicine</p>
