The middle 50% range for UIUC Engineering is 30-32 ACT, 1310-1450 SAT (V+M), and 88th-97th percentile class rank.

yes I know that uiuc has a website…

I had a 32, and am in ECE. Most of my friends in engineering lie between 30-33, but I have met lots of people outside that range on both sides.

thanks<><><><><>

I only got a 27…but I know someone who got a 23. It all depends on what your other credentials are.

I graduated from ECE and had a 34 ACT and 1510 SAT.

“yes I know that uiuc has a website…”

i smell attitude.

I applaud ur sense of smell ;)

My brother had two friends who applied to the engineering program like 5 years ago… one Asian (Indian) and one Hispanic. The Asian had like a 29 and the Hispanic a 24, and the 24 got in while the 29 didn’t. That stuff can make a huge diff sometimes I guess…

Well yes, UIUC does give affirmative action to underrepresented minorities, especially in engineering, but that’s neither here nor there.
