UIUC LAS vs Emory/GTech

Hi, I have been accepted into UIUC LAS (Math&CS) and Emory/GTech dual degree engineering program. Emory is offering some financial aid which makes the cost nearly same between the two. Unfortunately, I am not able to visit any of these schools. Which one between UIUC and Emory/GTech would be better for Engineering? I plan to do either CSE or Biomedical engineering? How tough it is to transfer to UIUC Comp Science Engineering from their Math&CS program? Any statistics available on their acceptance rate for CSE transfer cases from LAS Math&CS?

I have also been deferred at some other schools which I expect to hear after May/1. Is it okay to accept a school now and change mind later (if got accepted to a wait-listed school)? Also, is it possible to double deposit at multiple schools? Thanks!

Essentially impossible.

What criteria do you need to meet to go to GTech in the 3+2 program? Would you be OK with just CS at Emory if you don’t go to GTech?

What is your motivation for wanting to get in to UIUC Engineering CS?
