<p>Hoping to apply to the Ivies + Chicago, Duke, MIT, Stanford with FA</p>

<p>GCSE: 7a* 3a
AS level: 5As in (Maths, Further Maths, Economics, Chemistry, Music)
A2 prediction: 4A* (Maths, Further Maths, Economics, Chemistry)</p>

<p>No GPA but Top 40% of the year group.
(School where last year 82 of the 175 leavers went to Oxbridge + Ivies + Stanford)</p>

<p>SAT I (only took it once with no preperation at all - not even knowing the format)

<p>No SAT II yet …</p>

<p>Top 200 in the UK for maths competition (US equivalent of the AMC and AIME)
which equates to Top 0.0003% of my year.</p>

<p>I’d suggest broadening your horizons and finding some safety schools that you’d be fine with applying to because a composite SAT score of 1780 is not even close to the range of scores accepted by the kinds of schools you’re interested in. You should definitely take the SAT again - with some practice - or maybe look into the ACT which is more math-oriented than the SAT because you seem to be, well, pretty math-oriented. Plus, by sending your ACT score, you won’t have to submit SAT II scores to many of schools on your list. But please look into other U.S. schools other than just the Ivies and the top tier non-Ivies! Also, congrats on the 7a* & 3a!! :D</p>

<p>Your sat not so good, but math is great and writing is pretty easy to improve. Trust me.</p>
