<p>I heard that UM and UW might have one of those agreements where they exchange instate tuition. So one Mich resident pays instate at Madison while one Wisc resident pays instate at UM. Is this true? Would help a ton considering the high price of attending UMich.</p>

<p>You are basically correct if UM stands for Minnesota and UW stands for Wisconsin.</p>
