Can some people post stats for CS acceptances at UMASS? Thanks! Junior student. Anyone apply w/o SATs to CS?
During the in-person Info session, one of the counselors told us CS is a competitive major, a minimum of 26 ACT score is required (SAT 1300 plus). I think it is risky to not submit SAT scores. And the above scores are at the lower end. We will come to know in the forthcoming weeks if this holds good, as the EA decisions pour in.

DD was accepted 12/7. We havenât yet received any official packet or letter in postal mail. Sheâs had several other acceptances since that date (two specifically) and those colleges have mailed out âwelcomeâ letters/small packets. We are OOS (Ohio) and the school packets were from in-state universities, so that could be my answer, but has anyone (instate or OOS) received an official mailing yet? Just wondering. TIA!
DD received a packet about 2 weeks after online portal acceptance, and we are OOS. Maybe ask admissions to resend?

I havenât received my decision yet (submitted 10/27)⊠I am worried that it is a bad sign! Can anyone give insight? Also, should I expect possibility of decisions today or will it be Tuesdays later in Jan? Thanks!

Is there an actual date of when they will let you know by for Early Action? I know they are releasing in batches, but is there any definitive date we will know by? Thanks

My S had a 1560 SAT (800 Math) and a 4.4 W GPA. Accepted into CS program, got Chancellor scholarship but no Honors program. OOS.

We are also OOS and received acceptance on the portal 12/7, but have gotten nothing by mail since then.
