Here is my situation:

Class of '09

SAT: V (730) M (610) W (620)
GPA: 2.5, with an upward trend, I take IB classes, so it might be more if weighted. IB SL & HL History and English, IB SL Music.

Extracurriculars:
I play the double bass, and will be able to send in a tape of my playing
Class president 2 consecutive years
Active in forensics
4 years Jazz band
Work with children at a summer camp

I’d also like to apply to the U of M (Morris, TC, Duluth), UVM, New England College, and Wheaton.

Thaks in advance!

Bump. I’m sorry if this is too boring of a post. Any recommendations would be much appreciated as well.

Just out of curiosity, what is your school’s grading scale? I only ask because there seems to be a gap between your GPA and SAT score.

The only problem is, many people are unfamiliar with those schools
I’ve only heard of a few of them. You might want to post on the actual forum for the individual schools.

I am bumping up your post though :).

Thank you. My school’s grading scale is out of four. I struggled with unmedicated ADD Freshman/Sophomore year. Still unmedicated, I have learned to cope with it.

One more thing about me: I do not need financial aid.

Oh ok. That explains it a little better. Like I said though, you’ll probably have better luck in the forums for those schools.
