I just applied to University of Massachusetts Amherst.I am a U.S citizen but my first language is not English but Vietnamese, but I have been speaking English since first grade . I lived in Vietnam for 12 years and in U.S for 6 years . Even though my accent is sometimes a language barrier,but I do speak English pretty well. I’m in AP English class with an A.Do I have to take the TOEFL?
