<p>I just applied to UMD last night and I’m majoring in studio art. How do you submit an art portfolio? Email, slide room, CD, powerpoint, etc.? </p>

<p>You just need to be admitted to the University itself at this stage of the game. It is an “open program” with no portfolio submission required for initial admission to the major. However, after you have taken a few courses, there are different “tracks” that do require a portfolio review for admission.</p>
