Hi, my new Terp has a new bill! It shows just fall’s tuition, but no housing, dining, merit aid (institutional) or merit aid (NMF). Does anyone on CC know the approximate timing of these other things?
The room and board charges usually are on the July 25th bill, due August 20. Sometimes there is a grace period, or, if you are on a Terp Payment Plan, then follow those due dates.
I would expect scholarship info as well on the July 25th bill.
In case anyone looks at this thread in future years:
July 18 - housing, dining, and Pres scholarship applied
July 19 - dining removed because kosher plan was sent over (paid through Hillel previously)
July 19 - health insurance premium applied
NMSC is not there yet.
And another update: there was a scholarship for $500 (NMS amount) added in Sep, and then another one in Oct. Apparently one is the actual NMS and one is the UMD (departmental?) match, but it’s not obvious which is which.
