<p>Minnesota is a top 10 Psych program and you will be challenged and have fun in the Twin Cities.</p>

<ol>
<li>Miami - Good School, Great City, Warm Weather</li>
<li>Minnesota - Good School, Good Cities, Occasionally Very, Very Cold weather</li>
</ol>

<p>PSU & VaTech both within shouting distance of the middle of nowhere</p>

<p>If money is no object, I’d suggest Miami or PSU.</p>
