UMich Engineering IB Credit

<p>I was wondering what scores I would need to get on IB tests in order to place out of first year classes at UMich. On the website, it shows mostly 5’s and above, but I do not know if this is the regular UMich criteria or for Engineering at UMich as well. Also, would somebody give me a sample of the first and second year courses that they have taken at UMich Engineering so that I can get an idea of what courses I may be able to place out of?</p>

<p>I am also in IB and I wanted to note that they only give credit for Higher Level exams with a score of about 5 or higher.</p>
