Does Michigan accept many of their own undergrads into their law school?

Not sure of the number, but they definitely give their top students ample opportunity to get into the Law School.

You can apply/get in w/o taking the LSAT if you have above a 3.8. You are in fact not allowed to take the LSAT before applying. UM is trying to boost their class GPA w/o having their LSAT suffer.

You are not allowed IF you don’t want the score to be considered, which sounds perfectly reasonable to me.

^I don’t know what you just said.

You are not allowed to have taken the LSAT if you don’t want the LSAT to be considered in your admission, which I think is fair. If you want an LSAT considered you can take it. It’s not as you are just not allowed to take the LSAT if you have a 3.8+, which is what you made it sound like.

No. False. What are you talking about. You are not allowed to take the LSAT.
