<p>If your folks are very wealthy and money is not an object, I would say Michigan. It is one of the country’s top 15 universities and its CoE is typically ranked between #5 and #8.</p>
<p>However, Michigan will cost you $120K more over 4 years, and that is a lot of money. Only the very wealthy can justify this sort of gap in tuition.</p>
