UCLA is the most applied school in the US, and it has the most nobel prize winners among its faculty. Its athletic teams rock (maybe not against the Gators :P), and 70% of UCLA students say they’d return if they were to start college all over again. That’s a lot. Student diversity thrives in and around its beautiful campus located in the heart of LA, and most importantly, students enjoy the previlege of having $1 ice cream sandwiches from Diddy Riese whenever they want. Yummy. Needless to say, UCLA is an esteemable instituion of higher learning, and the world recognizes it as such.

I’m a Californian, and the farthest east I’ve been is Chicago…so I may be wrong (and DO correct me), but I hear UMich is considered the UCLA of East Coast. Is that true? Basically, I want to know EVERYTHING there is to be known about UMich and UCLA…As someone who considers those two her top two choices, I would like your input on why you think one is better over the other. Please battle it out FOR me, and help me choose :P
