<p>has anyone used this? i am connected to the cisco vpn client, but it’s still not working. My IP is still the same. There isn’t really a guide either(i’m using windows 7 64 bit lap top)</p>

<p>I use it because it let’s me access Facebook twitter and YouTube in china. I just googled umich VPN on google and went to the site, followed the instructions, and downloaded it. It works fine for me. Hope this helps.</p>

<p>did you create a new connection in the control panel? cuz they only have instructions on downloading the cisco vpn client, nothing on how to use it. What instructions did you follow?</p>
