UMichigan Ann Arbor EA Class of 2021 Applicants

@elay1202 I guess all results are provided online irrespective of the applicant’s region.

@jajajalol first instanct when you receive an email like that is to check the portal to ensure it’s true, etc. so it would still crash. You can’t just tell people not to check the portal because that is what they are going to want to do.

Decisions Released!..Denied…JK…

Hey guys, happy possible d-day! are decisions going to be posted only between 3 and 4 for the next few days or should I still be refreshing my email 50 times a minute at, like, 8 pm each day?? Do they usually come out hourly or is it random? Best of luck to everyone, hope we all hear some good news in the near future that can put us out of our misery!!!

Just kidding…hehehe

Oh, also, for other schools I’ve applied to I saw my decision on the website well before I got the official email. Does UMich usually release on the website first or email

Cheer up people!!

@LizMiserables I believe portal comes first

@JPGator98 thnx! time to obsessively refresh the portal all day until I see some kind of news

@LizMiserables Where do you live?

@LizMiserables I think they release a batch every hour around the same time. Not sure if they send batches during the AM tho

Countdown: 5hrs!!!

Lets get it clear…how are we so sure that we receive the results today…its better not to expect…expectations can be disappointing…we may or we may not get today…but certainly before 24th…So cheer up!!! :slight_smile:

So if my school always got their decisions the first day they came out will I get my decision today? I think I have the same regional counselor as last year

I have a feeling they release decisions by region…

@NothingISinName I’m in the northeast

The second Friday in February after 6 pm.

Do we have any reason to believe decisions will be today outside of just speculation?

@jmar98 A profile on here stated that their sibling works in the admissions office at UMich and stated that they will begin releasing decisions today.

I live in Michigan, does that mean I’ll get it first?
