Un-withdrawing Rutgers withdrawing?

<p>I withdrew my Rutgers acceptance + Presidential Scholarship after I got into Penn because of ED requirements. Recently though, because of personal events, it’s becoming very doubtful that I can afford the cost after the first year.</p>

<p>Because of this, is it possible for Rutgers to unwithdraw me so that I have my acceptance + scholarship back?</p>
