I submitted my TAG online application four days ago, and was able to log onto it every day afterwards – until an hour ago.

Earlier today I had gone to CCC to meet with a counselor “just to make sure everything’s okay with my coursework/credits”. The counselor then approved of everything and said I was all set and qualified. However, once I came home and then tried to logon and it now recurrently keeps saying “Incorrect login, please try again”. Even after unnecessarily changing my password.

Can anyone help me/did this happen to anyone else?

I don’t want to have to call these UC idiots and be put on hold for 40 minutes; I’m sick of how unnecessarily complex their administration is.

Good news: I resolved it; thanks for reading though :)

May you tell us how it was resolved so others (like me X_X) who encounter this problem can fix it?

At the bottom of the screen is the link “Technical questions? Please contact us.” I clicked that and submitted a paragraph detailing the problem. I left the computer to go to the living room. 2 hours later, I came back and I could successfully log in again

I’m not actually sure if it it was actually rectified by anyone on the technical support/troubleshooting staff, or was just a matter of waiting because of “server-overload” or something. (Based on past experiences with excessive UC administrative incompetency, I doubt any UC employee works after 6 PM.) I suggest you do the same thing I did, though; just wait it out for around 2 hours – it could be a technical-related error affecting many TAG applicants, in which case they’ll probably fix it very soon, and if they don’t fix it in time they’re obligated to extend the TAG deadline. Last year when the regular UC online application was inaccessible on November 30th (due to server inundation – cough procrastinators), UC extended the deadline to a few days later.

LOL

so oliver, my homie, where you TAGin to?
