<p>I volunteered at a hospital in 9th grade, and I put this on my already submitted application. I’ve been trying to collect proof of my ec’s and recently found out that there is no record of this as it was taken over by an HMO and somehow the log got lost. I am fine with just removing it from my app to save any hassle because it really wasn’t that many hours…but since I already submitted it, what do I have to do to change it?</p>
