If you’re in-state, then you’re in without question. If you’re out-of-state, you’re still probably in.

I agree if your IS, you have a great chance. However, don’t be fooled if your OOS. It is very competitive. As an example, my son got in EA as an OOS student- 3.83 UW/4.27 W GPA, 32 ACT (superscored) with a highly unique EC of being a patient care advocate. However, the salutatorian at his school has a 4/4.5 GPA and 2270 SAT and not much activity outside the classroom, and she was deferred, UHC to my surprise. I’m sure their watchers recs were stellar, and I bet the essays were great- I think my son got in because of how he portrayed his passion outside the classroom. My advice is to really focus on one activity and go into depth with it. I am a physician, and I noted you worked with a physician. If you write an essay about it, don’t just describe your activities, but delve into how this experience shaped who you became as a result of it (the same would go for any of your other activities). Paint a picture of who you are to the ADCOM-make them want to meet you. Best of luck.

Thanks for the advice. I’m in state btw

I think you are in. What are your AP’s? Good Luck!
