Hi. I was wondering what are my chances of getting into University North Carolina-Chapel Hill. SAT 1980 and GPA 3.9 UW. I’m out of state and have decent EC’s. Also does anyone have any reviews about their premed program(s)?

UNC-CH has a strong premed program and place students into medical school quite well.
As an OOS applicant it will be a reach for you to get accepted.
How can I make it less of a reach and more realistic without retaking the SAT?
You can’t. 1980 SAT is really low for OOS Chapel Hill. You should retake it if you can help it.
