<p>so with this lawsuit, does it make unc more appealing if you get into both unc and duke? b’s best friend got exact same scores and a little lower gpa and wanted to go to duke but not sure now. is now thinking more about unc and uva.</p>
<p>I would not suggest making a decision between the two schools based on whether or not one of the schools is involved in a lawsuit, even if you are referring to the matter involving the lacrosse team. There are much more important considerations that should drive that decision.</p>
<p>It’s not like Duke will be shutdown because they are being sued.</p>
