Uncooperative Partner

OK I am supposed to have a partner to be liasion for a national organization. We have to market to students why they should apply and join X program. I have called and emailed my partner but she refuses to return my calls and emails. She is a senior. I am a junior. She was selected to lead, but she is neglecting her duties. I have not seen her do anything. How can I get her to cooperate? I do not want to market to the entire campus on my own. I think what she is doing is unfair. She should have never applied for the program in the first place if she neglects to do what she promised to the national leaders!

Tell that to the head of this organization and email her again, if she doesnt respond, oh well, you are going to have to find another partner.

Throw eggs at her house! That’ll get her attention. Lol.

Definitely tell whomever you report to that you want another partner, or find another gig!

Don’t do all of the work and end up sharing the credit, commissions or other rewards with someone else. Otherwise, people will run all over you the rest of your life !!!

I agree with gsp. Tell your boss. The other person needs to be fired, and you need a promotion. If you’re doing all the work, you need more money, too.
