<p>It would not work against you. It would work against you if you are undecided but check a high-impacted major. It would help you if you check a non-impacted major.</p>
<p>Look over your ECs and see if anything is related to a possible major. If something does not stand out, just check Undecided.</p>
<p>I think you should look at your academic interest, not ECs.</p>

<p>It depends on the school but biology, psychology, engineering, economics, etc…</p>
<p>Most kids are undecided. And the schools know that the vast majority of kids who do check a major are going to change it anyway. So it generally doesn’t matter.</p>
