If a student is undecided on major, what should they be looking for in terms of academics at prospective schools? The college hunt is a lot easier if you can research specific programs! To top it off, DD is gravitating towards small/medium schools. With a large, flagship university, you know they’ll have what your student needs when they decide, but with the smaller schools that isn’t necessary so. Daughter is anti-STEM, thinking Business or Communications but very much undecided. Thoughts on what to look for?
Ease of transfer between majors would be right up there. Majors in some schools like the UCs are impacted and make transfers very difficult.
