Undergrad ceramics programs combined with liberal arts?

I was going to suggest Alfred but @ArtAngst beat me to it.

Alfred is considered the strongest program overall, I’m pretty sure.

Have you considered Clemson? – http://www.clemson.edu/caah/departments/art/studio/Ceramics.html

She may want to consider the Five Colleges area – UMass Amherst seems to have ceramics and then she could take classes at any of the Five Colleges – https://www.fivecolleges.edu/academics/courses

The Quaker Consortium (Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Swarthmore) share classes and classroom space. Swarthmore seems to have ceramics. Haverford also has an art studio. Bryn Mawr students who are interested in Fine Arts go to Haverford (generally) for their classes and they have a studio on campus to create work. Excellent liberal arts training.

I googled and USNWR provided a list – FWIW.

In addition I remember long ago discovering that Baylor had ceramics – https://www.baylor.edu/art/index.php?id=928352
