Undergrad degree importance and BINGHAMTON vs utexas

<p>is undergrad prestige an admission factor for MBA? if so, how much so?</p>

<p>almost done with my associates; i want to major in finance. thinking about binghamton or utexas. i live in ny so binghamton is cheaper. But the downside to binghamton is it doesn’t offer a finance major, just management with a finance concentration. Utexas (utexas.edu) has a finance majors galore but is more expensive. What should i do</p>

<p>where do plan on working? if nyc then I would consider staying close to home. I would ask UT which finance companies recruit there. That may help you make your decision.</p>
