<p>Do you think there is a chance to transfer from Devry University to U of I at a sophomore level with a 4.0 GPA, but crappy HS transcript of a GPA of below 2.0 and a crappy ACT score of below 22?</p>

<p>Well DeVry University is a private instituted, so some of your credits many not transfer to a public school. My best advice is to go to a community college and get more than 60 transferable credits, since the majority of Universities wouldn’t look at your High School records or ACT/SAT scores when you’re an upper-class transfer student.
