<p>You should look into Fordham which is located in Lincoln Center, Manhattan. It is a BA program in a Jesuit school with a large core curriculum. My S is a Theatre major in the Performance/Playwriting tracks but one of his best friends is the only Directing major in the Class of 2014 and my S speaks very highly of him as being very impressive artistically and academically. </p>
<p>Admissions to the Directing track are very competitive but it is possible to be admitted to the university and minor in Theatre if you are not accepted into the program. Your high stats are likely to get you some merit $$ as well. </p>
