Undergraduate Readmission Decisions

Hi.

I hope a thread discussing this hasn’t already been started — and if it has, a link there would be much appreciated — but I am a little surprised to not have received word from the Deans’ Conference about readmission decisions… I submitted the appeal packet just before the June 1st deadline, so maybe being so last minute has something to do with it. I was told I would receive their decision only a few days into June.

I’m anxious to know, so that I can get booking on housing, employment, etc. Anyone have any information regarding this? No links to UCB Advising pages, please… unless I happened to have overlooked something concretely important.

Thanks a bunch.

My advisor said that the process usually takes about a week. You should’ve received an email within a week after you submitted the readmission packet. Or better yet, just email your advisor if you still remember who it was. That’s what I did and she was able to confirm the readmission within two days.

Thanks, psiacc —

That’s what I thought, but I still haven’t received an email. I def. will email my advisor; thanks for the suggestion… just goes to show my schizo-esque preference for prowling internet forums for information rather than simply contacting the people in charge.
