Undergraduate Scholarship GPA

I will be applying for Undergraduate Scholarships when the form becomes available in October and had a question about the GPA requirement. For continuing students a 3.25 GPA is required to apply for scholarships. My question is, when is the cutoff for the GPA? If the form is made available in October, and due in December/January, is the the GPA cutoff now (because the form can be submitted prior to the end of the Fall Quarter) or after the Fall Quarter of 2009? Or is either calculation acceptable?

TTT, Need some help with this one!

"You must have a UC Davis cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above at the end of fall quarter and be a full-time or degree seeking part-time student carrying at least six units to be considered. A 3.25 GPA must be maintained in order to be awarded. You must also be planning to register for at least two quarters of the 2010-2011 academic year. Students who already have a bachelor’s degree are not eligible. "
