Unexplainable good news to ALL Lehigh Students!

<p>Here is some home for anyone thinking their stats arent good enough for Lehigh…</p>

<p>A student in my school got in and is going to Lehigh University with stats like these…</p>

<p>GPA - 96.25</p>

<p>Rank - 28/227</p>

<p>SAT - 480 CR – 640 M – 490 W</p>

<p>Only involved in 3 extracurriculars (only in 11th and 12th grade too)
Semi-Rigorous schedule…1 AP(calculas AB.with a 4)</p>

<p>Ethnicity - Spanish</p>

<p>How is it that this student got into all of the schools he applied to with stats like these?? Maybe because he is a minority</p>

<p>BUT he got into all school…NYU…LAFAYETTE…LEHIGH ETC!!</p>

<p>Good for him. Except for SAT scores he seems like an above average student. Not everyone who gets into the colleges you mention are ranked 1 and 2 in their class. He’s in the top 10% of his class. It would make for a pretty boring school if the stats of everyone who gets into a school mirrored most of those on cc.</p>

<p>He is actually not in the top 10%… guess he cured cancer or being a urm really helps =P </p>

<p>(or of course wrote stunning essays and had great recs)</p>
