unique transfer situation.

I am a student who will be attending a california community college. I have studied abroad and have only completed my O level (this is a british system of education), I don’t posses a high school diploma.
I would like to know if I must have a high school diploma to be eligible to transfer to columbia.
I am also planning to transfer to cornell university (the college of agriculture and life sciences).
my major is bio/biological-engineering. I am a US citizen(born). I would also like to know some extracurricular activities that i could accomplish. for example internships and the sort.
Please and Thank You

Umm… kinda. It’s a miracle you even got into a cc.

I’ll only say two things: 1) you seem too clueless for anyone on here to be of help, and 2) consider GS.
