<p>I found out about the UWC in 2003 while I was doing my gap year. I found them interesting and wanted to apply. </p>
<p>However, we were told that I was already too old as I’d be entering it in my 19th year and they only take people 18 and under.</p>
<p>Shame; it would have been a great experience. But no big loss; I’m in a very international college right now, and I’ll be participating in the WorldSmart Leadership Program soon, which will be just as international and tons of fun too :D</p>
