I am an African American female looking to transfer to University in Fall 2018. I would like to go to a university with much diversity & student organizations as well. Does anyone have any schools in mind that have a lot of diversity?

Define what kind of diversity.

Also, remember the baseline criteria like cost constraints and academic interests.

“Diverse” colleges are often quite PC. Most every major uni has a lot of student organizations.
