Dickinson State University in North Dakota came under fire on Friday for awarding degrees to over 500 foreign students who did not earn them, going back as far as 2003.</p>

<p>An internal audit, which was conducted by the North Dakota University System, revealed that 584 students, all participating in special programs for international students, were given a degree under false pretenses. The report showed that only 10 students obtained degrees properly.
