Hi There! im looking for a co-op at austin (I’m a 23 years old, exchange student) and I’m wondering about “university estates at austin”. Looks like a great place but I’m worried about the social life into the co-op. Someone knows if it’s like College houses or ICC, or it’s like a normal building?
