University evicts man from dorm — 13 years after grad

The University of Victoria says a recent court decision means it can evict a man who is still living in student residences almost 13 years after he graduated.</p>

<p>Alkis Gerd’son moved into residence in 1991, completing a bachelor of arts degree in 1993 and a bachelor of education degree in 1997, said a judgment made public this week.</p>

<p>But he never moved out.
