<p>congrats with the 1/2 tuition scholarship! without it… GW is just tooooo expensive! but anyways, i have some questions regarding the honors program… i am in the exact same situation as you! i got the scholarship and am accepted to the women’s leadership program but did not get the honors invitation. did you apply for it? is it too late to apply?</p>
<p>yeah i got in…the essay questions are ridiculous, its like “if you could have a dinner party with anyone living or dead, who would it be (3 people)? and what would the conversation be like?” i think there was one other option that was a bit more “scholarly” but i stuck to the dinner party one and got in!! i also interviewed which i think helped…</p>

<p>i also did the dinner party essay…had a lot of fun with it… i chose to hang with 4 Latin American socialists with different philosophies…i think my prompt said 500 words…so like 3/4 page single spaced…</p>
<p>my advice: this essay is SO much easier if you love the subject you’re going to talk about</p>
