<p>University of British Columbia or the University of Washington? I am a Canadian and an American citizen so location is not important. My major will be in biology and eventually I will go to medical school. UBC is considered a Canadian Ivy among Mcgill’s and the University of Toronto while UW is usually ranked around 20 in this country (USNEWS ranks it 46 though). Anyone know of an international ranking website?</p>
