University of California (general) -- reliability of "Ask Ms. Sun" admissions site?

A question that comes up time and time again on various University of California threads is whether one has to send in all SAT / ACT test results, or just the highest test score from a single sitting. The UC testing requirement website makes it sound like applicants have to submit them all, but the following source indicates otherwise:

(Refer specifically to the comment posted by Ms. Sun on 11-13-2017 in response to the question from ‘Alex Chun.’

Is “Ask Ms. Sun” generally regarded as a reliable UC Admissions blog? I’d prefer to submit just the highest single test score if UC doesn’t penalize applicants for doing so?

If you send one, the UC reader will see all of them since it’s all connected.

Yes - the College Board and the ACT both have the required inputs from the Universities, such as the UCs so that if UC has requirement to send all scores (which they do), then when you send to the UC the College Board will send all your scores (including Subject Tests) even when you only select one specific score to send. I think the ACT will be the same though we only had SAT for my youngest student. And for schools that allow you to select which score to send, the College board will align to that and send only the one you selected.
