University of California - Reference letters?

<p>Does anyone know if UC requires reference letters written by teachers? I am applying as a freshman. I do not see any place to add a reference letter on their online application.</p>

<p>Thanks. And also…if anyone has experience of adding I.B. scores in their application…please let me know how you did that.</p>

<p>No reference letters for the UCs. No transcripts either, until after you are admitted.

<p>And if you send unrequested information with your UC application, it gets shredded before anyone with power sees it, so don’t send any.</p>
